Seasonal Sites

What does a seasonal site cost?

Our existing seasonal sites are $4,250 for the season. That covers two people per agreement. Pricing for the new, larger pull-through sites is still being finalized, and we'll share it as soon as we have it.

What are the season dates?
Officially, the season starts May 1st. That's when all utilities are on and the lodge is open seven days a week. It runs until midnight on October 11th, Columbus Day.

Here's the deal, though. Once your seasonal fees are paid in full, even if you pay them a full month before the due date, your site is yours as early as the first weekend in March. That's March and April at no extra charge. The lodge isn't open every day, and full hookups aren't guaranteed, but you're welcome to enjoy your camper, the property, and the lodge whenever it is open. Two extra months on your site, on us.

Can I have guests?
Yes. Your guests can visit and stay overnight for the cost of the current guest pass. They don't pay any overnight fees.

What about utilities?
Water and sewer are included. Electric is metered at each site, so you only pay for what you actually use.

What happens at the end of the season?
You've got two options:

  • Leave your camper on your site for the winter. To do that, sign a Winter Storage Agreement and pay the $500 storage fee by October 1st. Nobody is signed up automatically, so if you want winter storage, you have to sign up.

  • Take your camper home for the winter. Your site will still be held for you next season.

How do I get on the list?
Fill out the seasonal application below. If you've already done that, your application is here and you're on the list.

Have you had a seasonal site at any campground in the past?
