Explainer: How Our Event Weekends Work
THEMED WEEKENDS & EVENTS
Every weekend at Twin Ponds Lodge has a theme. Most run Friday through Sunday, and a few regulars repeat every month: Bears Weekend is the 2nd weekend of the month, Kink & Fetish is the 3rd, and Frat Friday Weekend closes out the month, anchored to the last Friday.
NOT A GUEST LIST
The theme is just a framework, it gives us something to build that weekend's agenda around, not a guest list. Every weekend is open to everyone. Come camp, have fun, meet new people, whether or not the theme is exactly your thing. You don't have to be a bear to have a great time on Bears Weekend, and you don't need a kink to show up for a Kink & Fetish weekend, you're welcome either way.

One note: we're community first. Yes, we're a sex-positive space, but nudity and hooking up are always options here, never expectations, it's about being in a judgment-free environment. Kink & Fetish weekends are not exceptions, but they are built around a more explicitly sexual focus, if that's not your comfort zone, those specific weekends might not be for you.

FLANNEL & CAMPFIRES
Friday, October 2 – Sunday, October 4
Grab a flannel, we've got the fire going. Free basic tent sites (or $10 for electric) all weekend, with day passes at $45 Friday–Saturday and $35 Sunday–Thursday — and if any part of your stay overlaps the weekend, that rate covers your whole visit. Bunny Wonderland headlines Stark Raving DRAG! — Fall Sideshow Edition, with special guests Shaunna Rai and Ophelia Johnson, for a county-fair-gone-wrong kind of night — bring cash, tipping the talent is part of the fun.

FUCKED UP HOLIDAY PARTY
Friday, November 20-
Sunday, November 22
The only weekend we're open in November, so naturally we're rolling Bears Weekend, Kink & Fetish, Frat Friday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas into one deeply questionable, gloriously chaotic celebration — we're throwing our Christmas party early so everyone has time to recover before the real blowout on New Year's Eve. It's festive, filthy, ridiculous, and probably a little emotionally damaging, which is exactly why you should be here. Come hungry, come festive, come a little unhinged.
FRAT FRIDAY WEEKEND:
HALLOWEEN
Friday, October 30 – Sunday, November 1
Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, so we're going all in. Members host the Haunted Shot Crawl along the wooded trails — a spooky, naughty wander with something sweet, something silly, and usually a shot (non-alcohol options too) at every stop — followed by a Costume Contest with bragging rights on the line. Karaoke, a potluck dinner, and a billiards tournament round out the weekend, with more activities getting added as the date gets closer.
NEW YEAR'S WEEKEND
DECEMBER 30-JANUARY 3
The last party of the season — and this year, the only thing happening in December. We're staying open late for the ball drop on New Year's Eve, then rolling through karaoke, the usual potluck and billiards tournament, and Bingo with Constance Waverly and Crystal McNugget on Saturday. Heads up: it's cabins and trailers only this round — Never Tents are packed away for winter — with a three-night minimum like our other holiday weekends. After Sunday, the gates close until the first full weekend of March.
We close for winter break at noon January 3
