Twin Ponds Lodge may not be for you.

At Twin Ponds Lodge, we’ve worked hard to build something special. This isn’t just another club or party spot—it’s a real community. And that means we have rules. If you’re not willing to respect them, I’ll be honest: this place isn’t for you, and that’s okay. There are plenty of other places you can go.
Boundaries Matter—Clothed or Not
A lot of our members come here for the social aspect, not for nudity. For some guys, just showing up in a clothing-optional space is a big step outside their comfort zone. I want to be clear: you are always welcome to stay dressed. No one should ever question, pressure, or belittle you for your choices around nudity.
Absolutely nobody should ever put their hands on someone else, yank off a towel, or try to make a “joke” out of someone’s boundaries. That’s not funny, it’s not clever, and it’s not tolerated here. If you do it, don’t be surprised when your membership is revoked. We’re not here to babysit grown men who can’t act with respect.
Zero Tolerance for Illegal Drugs
Pot is legal in Maine, and it’s allowed here in the outdoor smoking areas, but illegal drugs? Absolutely not. Our zero-tolerance policy is not just for show. Every new member hears this, reads this, signs off to this when they join. If you bring, use, or try to find/buy illegal drugs here, you’re done. No second chances, no matter who you are or how much you spend. I care about our community’s safety and reputation, I care more about what you bring as a community member, than what you spend.
Other Rules—Not Just for Show
We also have rules about things like where beverages are and are not allowed, where you can and can not smoke or vape. Some people seem to think these are just for legal reasons, or that we don’t really enforce them. We do. Every rule is there for a reason: to protect our community and make sure everyone feels safe and respected. We enforce them, every time.
If You Want a Free-for-All, Go Somewhere Else
Twin Ponds Lodge is a community-focused space, just like every other campground I know. Campgrounds—ours included—are about building real connections, creating a safe environment, and making sure everyone feels respected. Sure, every place has its own set of rules,
