PRE-REGISTER FOR DAY PASSES
Thanksgiving Day Pass
In order to make sure we are prepared for a great afternoon together we are asking that you pre-register for this event.
Day Passes for Thanksgiving Day will be the same as any other holiday, $35. It is our intention that this day be open to any member who needs a welcoming space to spend the Holiday, so no member will be turned away due to an inability to pay. About the form
We want to make the check-in process quick and easy on Thanksgiving Day, by pre-registering we can create your check-in in advance.
We are going to need the following information:

Your Name and the name of anyone coming with you.

Your e-mail and phone number, in case we need to coordinate anything regarding the potluck.

Your Dish for Potluck. Potlucks only work when everyone participates, let us know what dish you would like to bring or how you would like to contribute. Maybe you have a signature dish, something that you know is always a hit, or one you love to make. Maybe you're not a cook and want to bring something from a shop, or even plates and napkins, that is always appreciated too. We will also need volunteers to help with set-up and clean-up, that works as well. The lodge will provide the turkey, so no one has to transport a large hot roasting pan. We will need appetizers, side dishes, salads, and of course desserts. If we get too many planning to bring the same thing, we will reach out and try to help coordinate alternatives.

Day Pass Fee. This is just a pre-registration; we are not taking payment via the website. You will pay upon arrival as usual. However, to make check-in faster we want to create your reservations in advance. We want this event to be open to any member regardless of his ability to pay. If you can't pay for your day pass, simply check that option in the form under "Day Pass Fee" and we will create your reservation with "no payment due" for when you check in.
If you can afford to pay for an extra day pass, to help ensure everyone who wants to come has that opportunity, there is an option for that as well.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS EVENT IS ONLY FOR EXISTING MEMBERS AND WE WILL NOT BE ISSUING NEW MEMBERSHIPS ON THANKSGIVING DAY. IF THIS CREATES AN ISSUE FOR ANYONE, PLEASE REACHOUT TO US BEFORE NOVEMBER 19TH AND LET'S DISCUSS IT.
